Heather Hays is a partner in the firm’s litigation section. Ms. Hays previously clerked for Judge Kathianne Knaup Crane of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Western District of Missouri, Southern District of Illinois, and the Central District of Illinois. Her litigation experience includes federal and state court practice involving lawsuits in a wide range of areas. She has handled both bench and jury trials and appellate court work.
Ms. Hays is a past president of the Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater St. Louis. She is the current president of the Women Lawyers’ Association Foundation. Ms. Hays is BAMSL’s 2007 John C. Shepherd Professionalism Award recipient.
Ms. Hays' outside interests include running, softball, and golf.
