Kevin Schnurbusch is a founding partner of the firm. Born October 28, 1959, in Perryville, Missouri, he now resides in St. Louis County, Missouri
Mr. Schnurbusch is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated trial lawyer with over 20 years of courtroom experience and 60+ trials to verdict. In 1995 he had one of the top 5 defense verdicts in Missouri as determined by The Missouri Lawyers Weekly. He is counsel for the Missouri Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association and the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission. He regularly defends clients in litigation involving product and highway design, over the road trucking and insurance coverage disputes. He is developing a practice in computer and high technology related litigation.
He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1985, the Illinois and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri in 1986 and the Western District in 1995. Mr. Schnurbusch was a member of the University of Missouri-Columbia Law Review from 1984-1985. He authored Negligent Misrepresentation in Missouri-Tooling Up for the Tort of the Eighties, 50 Missouri Law Review 877 (Fall 1985).
Mr. Schnurbusch is an active member of the Missouri Bar Computer and Technology Law Section and serves on their Legislative Advisory Committee. He has been a regular speaker in continuing
education programs and client seminars on a variety of topics. He has published articles in the area of Missouri tort law and computer technology use in the law firm. He is in charge of his firm’s use
of computers and other technology and serves as the firm’s liaison with clients on sharing and utilizing technology. His outside interests include home schooling, golf, St. Louis sports and any kind
of computer gadget.
