Mike Margherio is a partner in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Section. Mike joined the firm in November 2000. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 25, 1948, and currently resides in University City, Missouri.

Mr. Margherio primarily practices in the area of Workers’ Compensation defense, although he also does work in the areas of Insurance Law and the defense of liability cases in the state and federal courts. He represents insurers and self insured employers on Workers’ Compensation cases in the St. Louis area and the eastern half of Missouri, including Hannibal, Cape Girardeau, Rolla, Jefferson City, Farmington, and St. Charles.

Mr. Margherio obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri - St. Louis in 1970 and his law degree from St. Louis University in 1975. He has been admitted to practice in Missouri since 1975. Between 1975 and 1977 he was counsel to the Missouri Division of Family Services. Since that time he has been in private practice.
