Robert Stephens joined the firm in April 2008 in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice area. Mr. Stephens is principally engaged in workers’ compensation, primarily in the representation of the insurance industry, handling claims in both Missouri and Illinois.

Mr. Stephens attended the University of Missouri as an undergraduate where he received a B.S. in Elementary Education. After his undergraduate education, Mr. Stephens earned his J.D. at the University of Missouri – School of Law. While at the University of Missouri – School of Law, Mr. Stephens founded the University of Missouri Sports Law Society.

Mr. Stephens enjoys volleyball, football, running and spending time with his family and friends.
