Dean Stark is an attorney in the firm’s litigation section. Mr. Stark has tried cases to jury in both state and federal court, and appeared before both state and federal appellate courts. His litigation experience includes defense of clients in a wide variety of commercial cases including breach of contract, real estate, commercial tort claims, environmental issues, and claims arising under the Copyright Act and Federal Lanham Act. He also has trial and appellate experience in the defense of premises liability claims on behalf of retailers. Mr. Stark is licensed to practice in the states of Missouri and Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the District Court of Colorado, and the 8th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeals. |
