Kevin Schnurbusch was a founding partner of Rynearson, Suess, Schnurbusch & Champion after practicing for 15 years in a large insurance defense firm in St. Louis. A lifelong Missouri resident he now resides in St. Louis County. Mr. Schnurbusch is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated trial lawyer with 25 years of courtroom experience including almost 100 trials and arbitrations. He has twice had top 10 defense verdicts in Missouri as determined by The Missouri Lawyers Weekly. He regularly defends clients in complex litigation involving product liability, premises liability, highway design and the trucking industry. He handles the defense of class action litigation, particularly involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. He has an extensive practice in insurance coverage matters and provides coverage opinions and handles declaratory judgment litigation regularly in State and Federal Courts in Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Schnurbusch was a member of the Missouri Law Review at the University of Missouri-Columbia where he graduated in 1985. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1985, the Illinois and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri in 1986 and the Western District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois in 1995. Mr. Schnurbusch has appeared before all of Missouri’s appellate courts at both the State and Federal level. He has been a regular speaker in continuing education programs and client seminars on a variety of topics. He has published articles in the area of Missouri tort law and computer technology use in the law firm and is a past author of a chapter in the MoBar CLE Series. He is the primary contributor to Missourilitigation.com, a blog discussing litigation and legal issues in Missouri. |
